Sunday: All-In-One Sliders (5 SP each), Deviled Egg Potato Salad (4 SP)
I’m going to use my recipe for All-In-One Burgers but make them into 8 patties instead of 4. I’m calling them sliders even though they will still be pretty big. If you’ve made the original recipe you know that those patties are HUGE. I found mini burger buns at Trader Joe’s for 2 SP each, so 5 SP for each “slider.”
Monday: Mushroom Bolognese (6 SP), side salad (2 SP)
Tuesday: Chicken Tortilla Soup (0 SP), one Mission Extra Thin Tortilla cut into strips and air fried (1 SP)
I’m going to make this one without the cream cheese only because I forgot to buy that at the store; otherwise, I think it’s so worth the extra 2 SP for the creaminess!
Wednesday: Instant Pot Mongolian Beef (8 SP), 1/2 cup rice (3 SP), veggies
I’m going to try this one in the Instant Pot instead of slow cooker. I’ll try pressure cooking on high for 20 minutes. I’ll add in broccoli, over, and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes. We’ll see how it goes!
Thursday: Leftovers Buffet
Friday: Creamy Cajun Pasta using all shrimp (7 SP)
