I’m digging up an older recipe this week (Crunchy Beef Tacos) and adding a brand new one (Teriyaki Meatballs) to liven up my meal plan!
I’ll post the Teriyaki Meatballs recipe tomorrow, but in case you’re planning out your grocery list now and want to buy the ingredients, here’s what you’ll need
meatball ingredients
1 lb 99% FF ground turkey
panko breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 small onion
garlic
salt and pepper
8 ounces frozen or fresh pineapple
1/2 cup soy sauce
ginger
cornstarch

Sunday: Cheesy Chicken Tamale Bake (7 SP), roasted broccoli
Monday: Broccoli Cheese Soup (2 SP), grilled cheese (6 SP) #meatlessmonday
Tuesday: Crunchy Beef Tacos (2 SP each), side salad (2 SP)
I really need to update this taco recipe, but I was craving it so bad that I ended up adding it to the menu anyway. I have some tips for how to avoid cracked tortillas in the oven. I promise I’ll add those tips in very soon!
Wednesday: Teriyaki Meatballs (1 SP), white rice (3 SP for 1/2 cup), frozen mixed veggies
