Monday: Chicken Caesar using 4 tbsp of The Best Light Caesar Dressing (2 SP), homemade croutons (1 SP), 3 sleeves reduced-fat, center-cut bacon (2 SP), and 1 tbsp parmesan (1 SP)

Wednesday: Spiced Turkey and Butternut Squash Skillet with Goat Cheese (2 SP)
Thursday: Leftovers Buffet
Friday: Pizza night using my favorite pizza crust recipe
