Sunday: BBQ Bacon Meatloaf (3 SP a slice) with Cauliflower Mash (recipe test–I’m thinking 2 SP for 2/3 cup) and roasted broccoli (0 SP)
Double batch of Pumpkin Spice Bagels (4 SP) for the week.
Monday: French Onion Soup in the Instant Pot. I’m using a recipe from Gimme Delicious as the inspiration but with less butter and cheese. I’m estimating about 2 SP for the soup and 4-5 for the bread/cheese. I’ll post my alterations if it turns out well. I’ll also have some green beans on the side.
Tuesday: Turkey and Butternut Squash Skillet (recipe test; should be 1 SP a serving!)
Wednesday: Shells and Cheese with Bacon and Broccoli (7 SP) and grilled chicken breasts (0 SP)
Thursday: Leftovers buffet
Friday: Date night!
Saturday: Copycat Panda Express Chow Mein (4 SP). I’m going to add a pound of chicken breast to make it a complete meal

Hi! I am OBSESSED with your meal plans and everything sounds so delicious. I’m new to WW and have been working with the Freestyle. I noticed your Meal Plans use the SmartPoints system. Do you know if there is any conversion? I would love to follow the meals but I know the two plans are pretty different.

Awww, that’s awesome! I’m on Freestyle, too! All of my recipes are Freestyle SmartPoints, I just forget to put the “F” in there sometimes. So you can follow all of my plans and stay on track. 😊
