I’m trying out a couple of new recipes this week and am excited to share if they turn out well. FYI–the Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese reheats very well! Just add a touch of water and microwave for about 1 minute. Can’t wait to have it for lunch tomorrow!
Sunday: One-Pot Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese (6 SP), kale chips (0 SP)
Monday: Lazy Chicken (or maybe shrimp) Fried Rice (4 SP), 2 Chinese-Style Egg Rolls (3 SP)
Tuesday: Crunchy Beef Tacos (2 SP each), side salad
Wednesday: Shrimp Pad Thai (8ish SP)–recipe coming soon!
Thursday: Leftovers Buffet
Friday: Date night!
Saturday: Chicken Pot Pie Casserole (7 SP)–this is a very old version that I’m updating and will post soon. For now, you can make the older one if you’d like. 🙂
