I definitely over indulged last week, but that’s okay. I pretty much planned for a 5-pound-ish weight gain that would drop off with lots of water intake and a strong menu plan to follow. Here’s what we’ll be eating this week to get back on track:
Sunday: Kung Pao Chicken (4 SP) with rice (3 Sp for 1/2 cup) and steamed broccoli (0 SP)
Monday: Chicken Parmesan Meatballs (4 SP) with grilled sourdough bread (3 SP) and side salad (1 SP)
Tuesday: Crunchy Beef Tostadas (3 for 8 SP) using my Crunchy Beef Taco and Refried Beans recipes
Wednesday: Chicken Bacon Ranch Burgers (2 SP) with buns (4 SP) and zucchini (0 SP)
Thursday: Leftovers Buffet
Friday: Date Night!
Saturday: Broccoli Cheese Soup (2 SP) with grilled cheese (6 SP)
