Another week, another menu plan to stay on track! I’ve decided to phase out Fridays and Saturdays for now. Our schedules this semester make it so that Jeff and I barely see each other M-TH, so Fridays are date night and Saturdays will most likely be leftovers.
I haven’t received a lot of feedback about the grocery lists, so I decided not to do one this week. I get the impression that most of you are just inspired by seeing menu plans, and that’s awesome! I love planning. However, if you were really into the grocery lists as well, please do let me know, I’m more than happy to keep posting them, but it’s a lot of work if I feel like no one is using them. Like I said, let me know!

Sunday: Cranberry Stuffing Topped Chicken (5 SP) with LaaLoosh’s Balsamic Roasted Green Beans and Mushrooms (2 SP)
Monday: These Lettuce Wraps using tofu instead of chicken for #meatlessmonday (1 SP for 2/3 cup) with 1 cup jasmine rice ( 5 SP)
Tuesday: Orecchiette wth Sausage and Broccoli (recipe test)
Wednesday: Crunchy Tacos (using 99% turkey, so 1 SP each) with grilled zucchini
Thursday: Lazy Chicken Fried Rice (4 SP)
Fri-Sat: Date night and Leftovers
