New year, new menu plan template! I haven’t posted one of these in a while. The holidays and my birthday really destroyed my prepping and planning, so I’m absolutely ready to get back on track. And I’m getting so excited for my food this week! In case you’re curious, my lunches are usually leftovers, and I don’t eat breakfast because I practice intermittent fasting. I do add snacks into the mix, so if you’d like me to include those in the future, let me know!
Sunday: Kung Pao Chicken (3 SP), Chow Mein (3 SP)
Monday: BBQ Bacon Meatloaf (3 SP), my favorite Lightened-Up Mashed Potatoes (4 SP), roasted green beans (0 SP)
Tuesday: Breakfast for dinner! Apple Pie Pancakes (2 SP for my planned serving, but you can have the whole recipe for 5 SP), Aldi Center Cut Bacon (3 slices for 1 SP)
Wednesday: One-Pot Baked Ziti (7 SP), roasted broccoli (0 SP)
Thursday: Leftovers Buffet
Friday: Date Night at Home! Creamy Mushroom Parmesan Chicken (3 SP), Roasted Potatoes (4-5 SP), Spinach Salad (2ish SP)
