This Asian Peanut dressing is a super easy, creamy dressing that you make with in just minutes. The perfect combo of sweet, tangy, and savory. I always have these ingredients in my pantry or refrigerator, so I don’t even have to plan ahead to make it. When I need a last-minute meal, I’ll usually make something based around this sauce. Here are some meal ideas:
Here are some meal ideas:
- Asian Chicken Salad
- Asian-Style Coleslaw
- Toss it with some cabbage for quick side dish.
- Cold or Hot Thai Peanut Noodles
- Asian Peanut Dressing is DELISH added to some spaghetti for a take on sesame noodles. You could toss with noodles and green onions, or add some chicken, shrimp, or tofu for a complete meal.
- Use it as the sauce for a Thai Chicken Pizza
The secret to keeping the points so low is using powdered peanut butter. I can usually find this next to the regular peanut butter in most grocery stores, but you could always buy it online. My favorite brands are PB2 or PB Fit.
