Who needs to buy bottled dressings when you can make Light Caesar Dressing at home in just about 5 minutes? Easy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup light mayo
  • 2/3 cup nonfat, plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 small cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp fish sauce or anchovy paste (or just use extra Worcestershire sauce)
  • 1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • fresh cracked pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Whisk all ingredients together. Or, for a smoother texture, mix in a food processor.
  • Store in the refrigerator, in an air tight container, for up to a week.
