- 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast (about a pound)
- 2/3 cup Franks Red Hot Wing Sauce
- 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese softened
- 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese (or any cheese blend)
- 2 tbsp Ranch seasoning (can sub with 1 tsp each garlic and onion powder)
- green onions, for garnish
- carrots, celery, tortilla chips for serving
Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, mix together chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, yogurt, shredded cheese, and seasoning.
Spread evenly into an 8x8 or 9x9 pan. Sprinkle top with extra shredded cheese, if desired.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until dip is bubbly. Serve with chips and veggies.
STOVETOP METHOD
Follow above instructions, but in a large saucepan, over medium heat. Cook, stirring often, until cheeses melt through. Transfer to a serving dish.
A serving is about 1/3 cup.
