Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped apple (about 1/2 medium apple)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery (about 2 stalks)
  • 1 cup red grapes, sliced in half or in quarters
  • 2 medium green onions, chopped

FOR THE DRESSING

  • 1/3 cup light mayo
  • 2 tbsp nonfat, plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients.
  • Add remaining ingredients to bowl and gently mix together until dressing evenly coats all ingredients.
  • For best results, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
