- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
- 1/2 cup finely chopped apple (about 1/2 medium apple)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery (about 2 stalks)
- 1 cup red grapes, sliced in half or in quarters
- 2 medium green onions, chopped
FOR THE DRESSING
- 1/3 cup light mayo
- 2 tbsp nonfat, plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
In a large bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients to bowl and gently mix together until dressing evenly coats all ingredients.
For best results, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serving size is 3/4 cup.
