Ingredients

  • 6 cups baby mixed greens or chopped romaine
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast,* seasoned and cooked**
  • 6 slices cooked center cut bacon, chopped
  • 6 hardboiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 large avocado, diced
  • 1 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 ounces blue cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup Light Ranch Dressing

Instructions

  • Split ingredients evenly between 4 containers.

FOR ONE SALAD, MEASURE:

  • 1 1/2 cup lettuce
    3 ounces cooked chicken
    1 1/2 slices cooked bacon
    1 1/2 hardboiled eggs
    1/4 of an avocado
    1/3 cup tomatoes
    3 tbsp onion
    3 tbsp dressing

Notes

*Meat will lose 25% of it's initial weight during cooking, so the cooked weight will total 12 oz
