Set out your mason jars (or any other containers around 8 ounces).
In each jar, add 1 tablespoon on graham crumbs to the bottom.
Add about 1/4 cup of mixed berries on top of the crumbs.
Add 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt/cream cheese mixture on top of the berries.
Add another 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs to the top of the Greek yogurt/cream cheese mixture.
Add another 1/4 cup of mixed berries on top of the crumbs.
Add another 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt/cream cheese mixture on top of the berries.
Cover each container and refrigerate for at least an hour, but best overnight.
When you're ready to serve, top with more berries and a light sprinkle of leftover graham cracker crumbs.
(optional) You can add 1 tablespoon of low-fat whipped cream to the top of each jar without changing the points.
