1/2of a jalapeno, diced(can use fresno chili or 1/4 cup diced bell pepper for a milder salsa)
juice of 1 lime
1/4tspeach salt and pepper
Instructions
Start cooking your protein while you prepare the ingredients for your salsa.
Mix all ingredient in a bowl. Serve immediate on top of cooked protein, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
