Watermelon and Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 cup diced watermelon
  • 1/4 cup minced red onion
  • 1/2 of a jalapeno, diced (can use fresno chili or 1/4 cup diced bell pepper for a milder salsa)
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Start cooking your protein while you prepare the ingredients for your salsa.
  • Mix all ingredient in a bowl. Serve immediate on top of cooked protein, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
