Add all ingredients into a Ziploc bag. Refrigerate overnight.
Set a large skillet to medium-high heat. Remove meat from marinade and dry off with paper towels.
Spray skillet with olive oil spray, then quickly add in meat. For medium-rare, sear for 7 minutes on one side, then flip and sear for another 5 minutes until internal temperature reaches 110 (for medium rare). If you like you steak at a different temp, adjust accordingly.
Remove meat to a plate, cover with tinfoil, and let rest for 5 minutes.
Slice steak against the grain and serve.
