Marinated London Broil

Ingredients

  • 2 lb london broil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped
  • freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1/4` cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a Ziploc bag. Refrigerate overnight.
  • Set a large skillet to medium-high heat. Remove meat from marinade and dry off with paper towels. 
  • Spray skillet with olive oil spray, then quickly add in meat. For medium-rare, sear for 7 minutes on one side, then flip and sear for another 5 minutes  until internal temperature reaches 110 (for medium rare). If you like you steak at a different temp, adjust accordingly.
  • Remove meat to a plate, cover with tinfoil, and let rest for 5 minutes. 
  • Slice steak against the grain and serve.
