Easy Mashed Potatoes

Only four ingredients add a serious flavor punch to these Easy Mashed Potatoes. It takes just 15 minutes to get this delicious side dish on the table!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs peeled and cubed russet potatoes (about 3 medium potatoes)
  • 6 tbsp Alouette Garlic & Herb spreadable cheese
  • 6 tbsp non-fat, plain greek yogurt
  • 1-4 tbsp unsweetened, plain almond milk (or skim milk)
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt (optional)

Instructions

  • In a medium sauce pan, boil your potatoes until they fall apart when a fork is inserted, about 15 minutes.
  • Drain potatoes and return to pan. Mash with cheese and yogurt. Add in milk, a tablespoon at a time, until the potatoes reach the consistency you like.
  • Taste and add in kosher salt as desired.
