Easy Coleslaw

- 14-16 oz bag shredded coleslaw mix
- 1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup light mayo
- 1/4 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp white sugar or honey
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp each kosher salt and black pepper
- 1/4 tsp celery seeds (optional)
Mix all dressing ingredients in a large bowl, then toss with coleslaw mix and shredded carrots.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days.
