Asian Peanut Dressing

A quick and easy dressing that hits all of the right sweet, and savory notes!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce, tamari, or coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey, agave, or brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp each garlic and ginger powder
  • 1-3 tbsp sriracha (optional)

Instructions

  • Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl. Omit sriracha if you don't like heat. Otherwise, add in a tablespoon at a time until you get to the spice level you like. 
  • If dressing it too thick, whisk in water, a tablespoon at a time. 
  • Refrigerate in a air tight container for up to a week.
